TabView makes it possible to view and print PowerTab and Guitar Pro tablatures with your Mac. PowerTab and Guitar Pro are well-known and widely adopted file formats for tablatures and thousands of transcriptions in these formats are available on the net. TabView is thus an essential tool for guitar players wishing to learn new songs as well for trainers. TabView can export tablatures in MIDI format for playback or use in other applications (for instance, GarageBand). While youre practicing a song, you can follow the playback on screen, loop over selected parts or slow the tempo down. Create beautiful prints of the tablature: you dont need to stay in front of your monitor to play along your favorite song.
